all products are either made-to-order or pre-order

This order process is started after we receive your order.

Orders for payment via PayNow (Singapore only) will start processing within 6 working hours of Lexi + Lou receiving payment. The processing + delivery times will follow as below

Taiwan: 2-5 days pre-order processing time + 3-7 days delivery

Due to certain locations/courier options having limited carrier networks, we seek your patience and understanding in unforeseen delivery delays.
We endeavour to ensure your order is delivered on time, but do note that delivery may exceed the estimated timeframes due to unexpected events such as service interruptions and severe weather, or high-volume sale periods and festive seasons.
Kindly refrain from chasing your order if it is still within the fulfilment timeframe
General:
-You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has been shipped out which will contain the parcel tracking number.
-Please note, shoes are shipped without a shoebox. They will be well packed to withstand the delivery process.
-Lexi + Lou is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels, or parcels delayed by courier while in transit; or any negligence or fault caused by couriers
-Lexi + Lou is not liable for delivery failure due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer. Should an order fail to deliver in such instances, a correction and re-delivery will be organised at the cost of the customer.
International Taxes, Duties & Customs Charges:
Taxes, duties and custom fees vary and are dependent on the destination country. Payment of any import tax, duties and custom fees is the responsibility of the recipient and these charges are not included in the total order amount at checkout.
