Due to the COVID-19 situation impacting on certain locations/courier options, we seek your patience and understanding in unforeseen delivery delays.
We endeavour to ensure your order is delivered on time, but do note that delivery may exceed the estimated timeframes due to unexpected events such as service interruptions and severe weather, or high-volume sale periods and festive seasons.

-Lexi + Lou is not liable for delivery failure due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer. Should an order fail to deliver in such instances, a correction and re-delivery may be organised at the cost of the customer.
