while our team is on a break.

All preorder and made-to-order items will not be affected- any of these items ordered during this period of time will be processed per normal, with the day of order counted as day 1 of the timeframe.

For any returns during this period, kindly send them back only from 12 Nov to ensure that parcels are received by us. (Lexi + Lou will not be responsible for any missing parcels should they be returned while on our break). All return deadlines will be extended accordingly.
